Getting Started
Connect localbot to your website inquiries, avoid missed leads, and respond before competitors.
localbot is a background agent for website inquiries. It alerts the business owner, gathers missing details when useful, and prepares a callback summary.
Choose your lead source
If your website already has a contact form, add your localbot address as another notification recipient or forward form emails to it. This removes install friction because the current form's email notifications go to localbot. You can install the full localbot form later.
If your site has a static contact page form that is easy to miss, use the full localbot form as the better intake experience. It should get more inbound contact requests from visitors you already have or already pay to acquire. Choose your platform from the installation guides.
How it works
- A website inquiry reaches localbot.
- localbot reads the request and alerts the owner by SMS.
- localbot gathers missing details when the request needs more context.
- The owner gets a handoff summary and calls back prepared.
Next steps
- Existing contact form - add localbot as a recipient
- Installation guides - install the localbot form
- Configuration - tune the handoff and follow-up behavior
- Troubleshooting - fix delivery or display issues
